When a narcissist says "I LOVE YOU" this is what it means:

When a narcissist says "I LOVE YOU," those words take on a whole different meaning.

This is a letter written from the perspective of the narcissist for the souls who have fallen in love with someone who can never love them:

Dear collegue,

I'm going to say something that I would never say or admit to you.

When I say "I LOVE YOU", I mean that I love the way you want to believe that I love you madly.

I love the things you do for me.

I love the power you give me to take advantage of your goodness by exploiting your good intentions.

Making you feel worse makes me feel better.

I love making you feel insignificant.

I love the fact that your life revolves only around me. You fix my problems, you solve my doubts, you ease my pain.

I love that all your time is dedicated to me, not to you, and how your attention is only for me.

I love making you doubt yourself and question your own sanity. You don't know what's right or what's real unless I tell you.

"I LOVE YOU" means that I need you because I need someone who won't abandon me. I need someone I can use as a punching bag.

Someone to make me feel good.

I love how my expectations of you are constantly increasing, while your expectations of me are gradually decreasing.

I love seeing failure and disappointment on your face.

When I say "I LOVE YOU", I mean love by hate towards you.

I love myself vicariously through the love you feel for me. And I need you to suffer because I hate having to depend on you for this.

I love how my happiness is your responsibility.

I love how I feel when you are near me. How can I become a victim when you try to bring up one of my many personality flaws or harmful behaviors.

I love how I make you feel horrible when you mention something I did that hurt you.

Like you won't leave me because you're hooked on this toxic relationship.

I love how you support me and that I have never had to support you. Why would he do that? The things you'll never get keep you with me.

I love how you think you are with a person who loves you.

But I am a person who shows love and affection as a manipulative tool.

I love how you need me and how you think you are with the right person.

How I make you feel unworthy and insignificant.

When I say "I LOVE YOU," it's not because of what love really stands for. When I say "I LOVE YOU", it means I love how you respect my rules and how you live by them.

You need to know that I will use hurtful words and manipulation tactics under the guise of love.

You will never change me.

We both know this isn't real. We both should know.

Regards,

You narcissist.

The pineal gland
The main seat of the soul.

For many, the information below is known, for many not yet.
It is so important NOW to ensure that your pineal gland functions as well as possible, and why the government has deliberately kept our level of consciousness so low.

Pineal Gland
A tiny gland in the shape of a pine cone, located in the center of our brain, holds the secrets of spiritual wisdom, inspiration, and psychic awareness. The pineal gland is vital to physical, mental and spiritual health, while also being a gateway to higher consciousness. It is widely believed that the pineal gland is key to our spiritual awakening and psychic abilities. Traditionally, the pineal gland is said to be the third eye chakra, also known as Ajna,

So what is the pineal gland?
It is an endocrine gland located only in the brain, level with our eyes. The pineal gland produces melatonin and regulates our daily and seasonal circadian rhythms. Melatonin is the chemical responsible for our sleep cycles and the quality of our sleep, and it also regulates the onset of puberty. Melatonin is responsible for fighting free radicals. A decrease in melatonin triggers the aging process in the body. Serotonin, the neurotransmitter or happy chemical responsible for our mood, is converted to melatonin only in the pineal gland. The pineal gland plays an important role in animal hibernation, metabolism and seasonal breeding.
Scientific evidence supports the possibility that our third eye, or epiphysis, was once our first eye. Under the microscope, the pineal gland consists of cells that have similar characteristics to the rod-shaped light-sensitive cells in our retina. The pineal gland receives signals that pass through the optic nerves.

It seems that the primitive third eye functioned as a viewing organ before our current set of eyes. The pineal gland gives us a picture of the world around us through our senses. It controls the action of light on our body and is located below the cerebral cortex where the two hemispheres meet. This is where the brain controls consciousness and interprets the sensory and motor functions of the body.

The pineal gland is an important psychophysiological center or chakra and is the source of clairvoyance and intuition. Also described as 'the headquarters of the soul', and the portal to the higher dimensions, such as the epiphysis or third eye, offers perception beyond the ordinary view.

It is vital for our spiritual growth and awareness to keep our pineal gland clear and free of toxins. As we become more toxic and the pineal gland becomes more calcified, we lose our spiritual connection to higher energies and our oneness with all that is.

Why is the pineal gland blocked?
Due to a poor diet, exposure to toxins in the environment and foods we eat, stress and modern life, the pineal gland hardens, calcifies and eventually shuts down. It is also suppressed by electromagnetic fields (EMF) released by cell phones and other wireless devices.

The pineal gland is particularly sensitive to fluoride in the water. Fluoride and other chemicals such as chlorine are bad for the pineal gland because they deposit on calcium-rich tissues. The gland calcifies when it encounters fluoride - these calcifications are known as corpora arenacea, or brain sand, and are made up of calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, magnesium phosphate and ammonium phosphate.
Chemicals that are harmful to the pineal gland can come from everyday activities, for example, Fluoride is found in most toothpastes and tap water. Similarly, foods loaded with pesticides, preservatives and chemicals cause the pineal gland to become sluggish and lose its vitality and strength. It is also believed that calcium supplements are harmful to our health and it is better to get calcium through our diet and calcium rich foods, such as almonds, green leafy vegetables and tahini.

It is important to detoxify the body to decalcify the pineal gland. In today's world we are attacked by a vast array of chemicals, in the air we breathe, the water we drink and the food we eat. Our bad eating habits and contemporary lifestyle are the main causes of decalcification.

The pineal gland is very sensitive to chemicals and modern lifestyles have caused the pineal gland to shrink. Indian masters of the Vedic era were believed to have a pineal gland the size of a lemon. Today our pineal gland is the size of

a small seed or pea.
The primary purpose of descaling your pineal gland is so that you can begin the process of pineal gland activation and awakening your third eye.

Detoxify;
Detoxification is a two part process; firstly to ensure that no further calcification takes place, while at the same time reversing the calcification that has already occurred. This may require some lifestyle changes, the most important of which is to drink pure water. Other lifestyle changes include limiting or stopping your intake of sugar, caffeine, tobacco, and alcohol, and eating organic, natural foods that aren't mixed with pesticides and genetic modifications.
Some ways to detoxify the pineal gland are to include chlorella, spirulina, and wheatgrass in your diet. Oregano oil is also a great way to detoxify and boost pineal gland activation and clarity. Raw apple cider vinegar and pure cocoa also have a great effect on the pineal gland.

Once we clear the pineal gland of toxins, we can work on awakening the third eye. An easy way to activate the third eye is through meditation, specifically meditating with your attention on the third eye area, which can be done in yoga exercises and sitting meditation.

Staring at the sun was a powerful way to activate the epiphysis and third eye in ancient times. Great Himalayan Masters practiced Surya Yoga by facing the rising sun with a silver coin placed between the eyebrows on the forehead.
At dawn, the Earth's magnetic field is charged, making it the best time to meditate, as it stimulates the pineal gland and the negatively charged pineal and positively charged pituitary glands come together to create a "lightheadedness". At sunrise, the Earth's magnetic field is charged and it is the best time to meditate at this time, as it stimulates the pineal gland.

Here are some other ways to activate the pineal gland:
Spend time in the sunlight every day. Sleep in complete darkness/
Have a regular meditation practice as this will develop and improve your pineal gland. Yogic practices are very powerful methods for awakening the pineal gland. Inversions are particularly helpful as they increase blood flow to the pineal gland while upside down. The practice of Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep meditation also helps awaken the pineal gland.

Sleep in complete darkness: In the evening, darkness sets in with the four-hour release of melatonin. Artificial light can interfere with the release of melatonin, disrupting serotonin production in the pineal gland.

Reduce exposure to blue light: TV, mobile, etc..

Practice Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing: Deep nasal breathing, with longer exhalations, stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system. Try to inhale for 3 seconds and exhale for 5 seconds for 5-10 minutes.
Stimulate the roof of the mouth: use your tongue to put pressure on the top of the palate. The roof of the mouth has many relaxing, parasympathetic nerve endings. Try these poses when you breathe or meditate. You can also use fingers to stimulate the gums behind the upper front teeth.

Practicing meditation: Trataka meditation is a practice to open the third eye. You can practice by staring at a candle or staring at the flame of a candle without blinking for 1-3 minutes. Then close your eyes and concentrate on the afterimage for a few minutes until it disappears. Repeat several times.

Color Visualization: Third eye chakra theory and yoga philosophy say that the third eye relates to the color indigo. It is deep blue-purple in color. Try to imagine a deep blue purple color in the space between your eyebrows. Focus on the image for 5 minutes.
Sensory Deprivation: The pineal gland is sensitive to light.
Immerse yourself in total darkness.

Eat raw cocoa: chocolate in its pure form is a great source of magnesium.
Take a vitamin D3 supplement: Vitamin D3 helps regulate the circadian rhythm. Take a dose of 5000-10000 IU of vitamin D3 daily, depending on the season.
Always take with vitamin K2.
Include cod liver oil: Naturally sourced cod liver oil is a great source of the active form of vitamin A (retinol). Vitamin A is linked to melatonin via the detection of light in the eyes.
Take a vitamin K2 supplement: Vitamin K2 (MK-4 & MK-7) helps remove calcium from soft tissues and can decalcify the pineal gland.
Take a vitamin B-12 supplement - B-12 aids the conversion of melatonin in the pineal gland. A supplement for sublingual vitamin B-12 is best absorbed.
Reduce stress: If your work or home life is stressful, it can cause chronic release of stress hormone.
These can interrupt your pineal gland and lead to the pineal gland calcification in the long run.
Cut down on refined sugar, flour, and vegetable oils: Packaged and processed foods usually contain these three ingredients. They disrupt the gut microbiome and cause inflammation.

Scientific Effects of Pineal Calcification;
Research has shown that pineal calcification:
Decreases production of melatonin
Causes the sleep-wake cycle
Disrupts the regulation of the circadian rhythm
Fluoridated water is considered one of the leading causes of pineal calcification. There is some evidence that children enter puberty earlier as a result of fluoridated water.
Exposure to fluoride in animal studies has shown that it lowers melatonin and leads to accelerated sexual development in women.
Simply put, when our pineal gland is calcified, we are out of balance with nature, hindering proper biological functioning.

Sleep is a vital biological function designed to restore us every night. When the pineal gland is calcified, it is believed that it affects the quality of our sleep.
Poor sleep reduces our mental performance and cognitive functioning while making us susceptible to disease.
In many ways, the pineal gland is our body's connection to the natural world.

You have a race of beings, mostly disconnected from their instincts, from their planet and from each other. Without a fully functioning pineal gland, media messages can program us more easily, and false belief systems shape us.
Simply put, a calcified pineal gland limits our amazing potential.
Descaling the pineal gland is an important part of our awakening because it heightens our perception of reality.

The Pineal Gland in Ancient Traditions;
Although modern science and medicine are only just beginning to understand the crucial role of the pineal gland, ancient cultures and traditions already have this knowledge.
For Buddhists, the pineal gland is a symbol of spiritual awakening.
In Hinduism, the pineal gland is the seat of intuition and clairvoyance.
For Taoists, the pineal gland is the mind's eye or celestial eye.
In ancient Egypt we find numerous references to the third eye and the pineal gland.
